YOMIES HOW GOES IT.  call me heat miser cuz whatever i touch starts to melt in my clutch... i'm too much ;)

lol this rando cancion de la navidad (christmas song) es stuck in my head but i feel like it applies.  THIS WEEK WAS NUTZ BOIZ cuz nala is leaving.  i'm feelin like it's actually rough.  but it'll be rad!! Im pumped to train my new grown up baby to do the whole cap abi deal.

we spent like the entire week preparing stuff and i learned that i never want an office job lol.  we had to adjust everything and it took a PHAT MINUTE.

the capilla abierta en independencia (open chapel in the town of independecia) was AMAZING!! so many people came and the members worked a TON.  it was so cool. a member (hna fuentes shout out)  gave me a new pair of shoes. LIKE WHAT SHE KNEW ME FOR 4 HOURS AND GAVE ME SOME RAD SHOES!!! these people are amazing.

then we went to MDP to go to a capacitacion (training) and is was soooo awesome.  like my dudes.  these people ended up SO PUMPED!!  like they are about to blow up the neighborhood with the whole capi abi boiz!!

okay.  so that was all too amazing. so.  i got knocked down a bit and i´m unstoked about it.

ON THE RIDE HOME MY CAMERA FELL OUT OF MY BAG AND IDK WHERE IT IS SOSOSOSOSOSOS!  but it´ll be okay.  we´re bouta harrass the terminal pero mallll mañana (but bad tomorrow) so i can have my baby back <3 :´/

but i have faith that if i don´t get it back it´ll be okay.  the mansedumbre (meekness/humility) is key people.

HOLA COMO ANDAN!! (Hello & how is it going)

This week was crazier than the beagles from fantastic mr. fox.   pero de verdad (but the truth).  But it was so fun!  We worked hard, had a ton of fun, and i learned a lot a lot a lot.

on friday and saturday we went to Necochea for the capilla abierta (open chapel) in necochea centro (middle of the town).  It was way awesome!  I was super ready (forgive my lack of faith) for this thing to actually be a giant bust.  like, really though.  the practice the night before NO ONE was there with their stuff ready and they were all choking at everything i was praying for someone to help me out with all the Heimlich maneuvers we had to do yikes.  BUT! saturday was awesome and everyone came and worked a ton and were all super excited!  I loved it.  it was amazingly stressful but it all paid off.  (that should be in the job description of capilla abierta.)

Domingo (Sunday) we went to mar del plata (silver sea - name of a town), barrio pompeya (pompeya ward) and it was also super amazing.  i´m way way way stoked to go back and see all the amazing things happen in this ward with the capilla abierta cuz there were some AMAZING members and i already know they bouta SMASH this evento.

the two coolest things of the week were THE OCEAN I SAW THE OCEAN AND I DIDN'T SWIM BUT IT WAS SO COOL!!! and also, i learned a tooooooon about the mansedumbre (meekness/humility).  but actually a ton.  and i´m super stoked about it because it has helped me so much lol.  things get super crazy insane and stressful with everything in the events (i turn into a nut when i´m in charge and i didn´t realize this until now i´m so sorry) and it´s been amazing to just take a breath, laugh about it, and keep going.  Being able to kinda bow my head and get over myself and roll with it has been so so so helpful.  give it a try (; if jawanna(you want to).

Last week Sydney sent a picture of giant loaves of bread. This is her explanation for what they are:

 the bread is miga bread (literally crumb bread) and they use it to make sandwiches that are actually like the uncrustables.  but they make the sandwiches with jamon y queso (ham & cheese) and mayonesa (mayonnaise).  they´re actually not great. at all lol i dont love them but they are soooooo argentine.  like that´s actually argentina in a sandwich

yomies so this week was actually mega rad otra vez (again).  We went to olavarria and im in love with this varrio (ward).  THEY WORK SO HARD.  Like wot.  they're amazing!!! I love them.  I'm actually going to move to ola.  i hope.

a fam took us in and fed us lunch, chatted with us while we were killing 5 hours waiting for the bus (they're so crazy funny i'll show you all pix later when my camera isnt ded so i can take pictures of them) and they showed us around their panaderia (bakery) (check the costo sized blocks of bread down below) and i basically love them sm (so much).  in 2 weeks we're going back so you'll get pix 100%.

on the road home after this *amazing* weekend, we got a call from our lideres (leaders) telling us that it is now required to wear prosiliting clothes (forgive me idk how to spell) for all the time and that includes p day.

lol the first thing that popped into my head was the scene from ratatouille where it\'s the first day of the ginger and the tiny angry french chef dude gives him the bienvenida (welcome) to the kitchen with 3 little words.  lol plz go search it and you'll understand.

my dudes i have been putting into practice the saying that moms always say where "if you dont have something good to say don't say anything at all" soooo i have not talked for a while.  i have become kermit the frog and I AM SO CRAZY HYDRATED.  i'm going to become the physical form of osmosis.  but bad.

lol i have never prayed so hard for mansedumbre (meekness) in my entire life.  I'll let you know how i do with it next week.

this week was pretty dang fantastic.  we´re working a ton on putting into practice the whole "audaz" cosa and it´s actually amazing.  i´ve seen so many changes already and there´s been a ton of progress with our friends that we´re teaching.

IM SO STOKED i love seeing things like this happen.

Lol so thurs there was a near death experience:  We went to make pan casero with our friends luis and gladis and they surprised us with lunch! soup w. caracú (bone marrow. i ate it and i LIKED IT) lol it was super super sweet, but little did they know that we actually had lunch set up with members that day.... sooooo we went and ate lunch with members 45 minutes later.  yes i prayed for help to not die.  and yes my prayer was answered lol

we´re starting to travel again after like 3 weeks of not doing anything and I love being in cap abi.  It´s so cool to be able to go around getting everyone stoked on sharing what they believe with other people.  I LOVE BEING THE HYPE MAN!!! if you ever need one, I´m here (;
