a little less conversation

A LITTLE MORE ACTION, PLEASE!!! bahaha chiste, this week was actually insane idk what i´ll do if it gets any crazier.  That song was just stuck in my head cuz i heard it walking down the street one day.  I <3 elvis costello (:

HI MY DUDES!! how are you all doing!! i hope really well cuz you all deserve it.

Okay, the run down for this week.... yikes haha everyday was insane, la verdad.

Prez taught us in the last conference that we should do our best to connect with the people cuuuuz now that we´re in skirts everyone thinks we´re testigos (jehovah's witnesses) and super cargosos (serious) and whatnot, but my dudes, i´m here to tell ya that we´re normal people!!!!! haha and we´re here to teach everyone that we´re normal people!  So, this week we´ve been doing what the common people do! Some lady taught us how to make raviolis and another how to crochet and also we got to hang out in a pan (bread) factory and learn how to make that! it´s pretty cool to be able to learn more about the culture and everything.

AND this week we baptized carlos and he cried a lot and i ALMOST shed a tear. but nawwww that happened like last week so my eyes´ll be dry for a whiiiiiile lol

also, funny story, i taught someone how to pray. (:
and the easiest way to do it is to teach them how we teach little kids!  To repeat what I say.

So, we´re in the street and i´m teaching this young 18 yr old man how to pray.

me: padre celestial (heavenly father)

él: padre celestial

me: te doy gracias por el día y por mí familia (thank you for today and my family)

me: te pido que me ayudes sentir la verdad (I ask you to help me feel the truth)

él: A MI??? (you love me???))

me: lol no a su padre (no your heavenly father)

él: te amo mucho (I love you a lot)

me: en el nombre de jesucristo, amen. (in the name of Jesus Christ, amen)

él: en el nombre de jesucristo, amen.

and then we all busted up laughing lol i actually professed my love to this guy bahahah whoops. lol at least the gospel is true.
