uhhh, so i'm pretty sure i'm adopted

yamz and yomieessss!!!!
so, biggest news is that i´m in a nuevo lugar y me encanta (new place and I love it).  I´m j (just) chillin in Tranque Lauquen with my compi de (companion from) guatemala se llama (her name is) Hermana Cuyuch aaaaand i love it here already like 12 times more than pringles baha.  google Villegas 423 if jawanna (you want to) snatch a peek at my apartment building.  it´s nearby lol idk my address. we have the 6th floor hook up and i looove our view.  every night i get to watch the sunset while studying the lang and it´s super bella (pretty).

aight, tranqui reminds me a loooot of that scene from Shrek 2 (10 ten film in history) where shrek and donkey are actually hot man and stallion walking down the boulevarde (lol can´t spell it´s cool)  and the Changes song is playing?  That´s been stuck in my head all week, sooo here are some changes that I´ve experienced.

1!  I actually dig bananas ahora (now).  Antes (before), you wouldn´t catch me touching bananas with a 39 and a half foot pole, but now i´ll munch them for breakfast in prolly (probably) the best form ever.  it´s called banana milk.  you freeze em and then shred em and toss in a tch (touch) of leche (milk), swirl it around and BAM super yummy

2. I like ketchup on my eggs with hot sauce.

3. I´m starting to have a compulsion to have everything organized???  everything has it´s place and everything is always in it´s place when I´m done with it.  Mom would be proud :´)

4.  I can pop a giant horse pill sized vitamin like nobody´s business, leggo.

kk, subject line.  this was a large discovery for me.
we had lunch with this crazy old couple that I love lol martina who´s pushing 300 años (years) (chiste) (joke)and delfin, who has a voice more gravelly than my elementary school playgrounds, and we were chatting and then outta nowhere, delfin snags my hand and says to his wife "look at her baby thumbs!  They´re like they´ve been cut!"  and then they started to discuss how thumbs like mine come from down the line of descendants and asked me who in my fam has them.

*cricket sounds*

nobody has em.

hence: I´m adopted.

LOVE YOU DUDES TO SMELLY PRINGLES AND BACK!! (chiste lol)

skrrt skrrt, goollll

okie, just to start off, I´m moving to a new area, idk where, but moving day is tomorrow!! vamos (let's go), my dudes.

also, we had an activity on saturday and we all played futbol juntos (together), cuz la verdad, no hay nada mas a hacer (the truth is, there is nothing else to do) lol but we played in the field by the capilla (church) and I MADE A GOAL and it was awesome.  Given, the tinans que (that) i played with were either 7 year olds or their moms baha but!  It happened and Ima count it for something.

other than that, we didn´t really have too many misadventures in pringles solo porque (only because) we were in bahia tuesday-friday.   BUT we took a taxi to the capilla in chacabuco one morning and the driver was having a blast cuz he had 4 young missionary chicas JAMMINGGG out to Sugar by Maroon 5 in his car haha we were all singing and dancing and it was awesome.  The tinans love us poor music deprived yankies because we´re pretty loco when something we like comes on.

another thing, I was sort of meanly proud on sunday when we were singing our closing himno "para siempre dios a ti" (God be with you til we meet again) and I was leading and everyone was crying >:)  The people love me and don´t want me to leave baha.  either that or they´re mega stoked that the crazy missionary is finally gone but her perfect missionary mom is leaving too, idk, either way they were crying and i was proud haha

I LOVE YOU DUDES

SPECTACULAR, SPECTACULAR

no words in the vernacular, chu chu chu chu. (eddy and i were singing the songs from moulin rouge in the streets and I loved it.  I would reccommend watching this film, it´s awesome, but be aware. it´s... a lot to handle.)

We had a capilla abierta (open chapel/housethis saturday which was super awesome and stressful and fun!  We had 17 missionaries in Pringles (including eddy and I) and I just about cried haha, pringles gets a little lonely with only eddy and I holding down the fort so it was super fun to have some yomies in the area wiht uuusss.

Eddy and I accidentally made Satan´s Saliva this week.  Eddy was tryna make carmalized sugar in the microwave (bad idea lol we´re dumb)  and it came out black and evil bubbly with the scent of burned sugar...  I gave it a good sniff cuz I forgot about the skill called //wafting// from chem class and burned out my nostrils yikes baha and then we put it outside for a bit and then I thought I´d throw it out by pouring it in our grocery sack garbage can and it melted the bag on impact, along with giving me a lovely pair of freaky blisters on my finger.  Never again will I be caught near Satan´s Saliva.

also, I´ve been told in the past that my walk is.....  (*waggles hands in the air like from Fantastic Mr. Fox*) different.  some have said that my walk could fall in the category of a "strut" of sorts.  well, I´m here to tell you that apparently this form of walking is still intact in argentina thanks to Eddy´s observational skills...  But i still don´t see it haha

LOVE YOU DUDES YOU´RE THE BEST!!!

Particle Maaan, Particle Man

Does whatever a particle caaan!  (name that song cuz I cant remember lol) I know it{s by They Might Be Giants and that{s all I got. (also, I{m writing in the bus terminal again and the apostrophy still does not work haha sorry my dudes.)

So, that super weird hilarious song has been stuck in my head ever since our adventure on Wednesday haha.  We had lunch with some investigators who live like 3 miles outside of Egypt (its a long walk haha)  and we decided to make pancakes for them!  So we had the batter and frying pan in my backpack so we could have all the stuff ready for lunch.  The weather was roasty so eddy and I were j (just) chillin in our t shirts walkin along.  Lunch was made and eaten and we were packin up to leave and it started to DUUUMMPPP lol.  The rain here is savage and super ruff and I forgot my umbrella.  But I had the frying pan!  So we were walking back from the campo (countryside) with my frying pan arriba de mi cabeza (above my head) and we found a frog!  This was super amazing because thus far I have only had the "pleasure" of seeing squashed, paper thin, dried out frogs in the road.  so, being the adventurous, slightly-loco Syd I am, I caught the frog with my frying pan.  And we continued our walk back to the house.  Eddy was about 3 meters behind me and said that she was scared the frog would jump at her!  so, being the adventurous, slightly-loco Syd I am, I threw the frog in her direction and it was the most hilarious thing I have seen for a little while lol, her face was gold and the little frog flying through the air with its arms and legs all splayed out was pure comedy.  I almost peed my pants laughing so hard and eddy almost did too (:

also, we found a parrot that talked!!!!  And it was so cute.  And!  When we were walking away, I said chau (chow) and the parrot said chau back!!!  Its awesome.  The people sometimes don{t respond, but the parrots have got my back ;P

I LOVE YOU PEOPLE and also, i challenge you guys to give service to someone around you in a little way cuz itll make a huge difference.

LOVE YOU
HH
